I grew up in Northern New Jersey and served in the US Marine Corps from 1985 - 1989 serving mostly in Southern CA, and South East Asia, after which I remained in California, and returned to college, while working full-time.  

I relocated back to New Jersey in late 1993, where I married and started a family.  I have 5 adult children now.  I relocated to Eastern Connecticut in January 1999 where I still reside.  My kids are all grown adults now, living independently.  Their dad is now happily divorced and enjoying life in Western CT.
